What We Collect
When you purchase a video or fill out our questionnaire, we collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if provided), city/location, the photos you submit, and payment information (processed directly by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves).
How We Use It
We use this information to produce and deliver your videos, communicate with you about your order, and — unless you opt out — occasionally share updates about OnThree.Me. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who We Share It With
We use Stripe to process payments and Google Forms/Google Drive to collect and store your photo and questionnaire submissions. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.
How Long We Keep It
We retain your submitted photos and order information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your service and maintain business records, unless you request deletion sooner.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing OnThreeMethod@gmail.com. California residents have additional rights under state privacy law regarding their personal information, including the right to know what's collected and to request deletion — you can exercise these rights the same way, by contacting us directly.
